1. Why is ai so passive?
AIs are so passive. They only react on inputs. I think AI should also ask me first. They should be more proactive.
2. we need double check on reminder
So how can AI be proactive? I think the appropriate way for AI to be proactive is by being a life coach. A life coach or mentor or secretary that engages in my life and manage my schedules.
Think about using a reminder app. We make a check list and even we pass the due, there is no action to it. Then what if AI checks the expired things and ask us how to deal with those? It would be awesome.
IDEA:
So this is a life coach, secretary AI.
It learns about my schedule and manage alarms and reminders for me.
It makes proactive actions and advices based on understandings about my past and what lifestyle I want to live.
ex)
Send a notification when it is 1pm and we have a meeting in 2pm.
Send me a message to prevent me from drinking Coke (I have some disease so I should not drink it).
When I play game too much or waste time watching reels, it sends me a message.
